Since our establishment in 2018, the One Step Ahead Foundation (OSAF) has been committed to strengthening health systems and advancing better health outcomes across Nepal. Founded by clinicians and public health professionals, OSAF works closely with government and partners to provide technical assistance, generate evidence through health research, promote health awareness, and contribute to public health, community education, and social welfare. Grounded in the principles of social justice and accountability, we strive to support inclusive, equitable, and responsive health systems that serve all communities, especially those left behind.
